Valet parking was a hassle; my car was left outside despite paying for a secure spot. The beachfront location is perfect, and bike rentals made it easy to explore the area.

The hotel is just steps from the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Felt welcome, nothing too much trouble.

the staff was great. we enjoyed good food at the penthouse for breakfast and lunch. awesome view and great service. the hotel is a couple of blocks walk to the promenade and the beach. we enjoyed our room which also had a view of the pacific ocean. highly recommended!
